About CuraOne Group Pty Ltd
CuraOne Group Pty Ltd (ACN available on request) ("CuraOne", "we", "us", "our") is an Australian company that provides non-clinical home and community support services. CuraOne operates as a private-pay provider and accepts enquiries from NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants.
CuraOne is not a registered NDIS provider under the NDIS Act 2013 (Cth) and is not an approved aged-care provider under the Aged Care Act 1997 (Cth) or the Support at Home Program. Nothing on this website should be read as representing otherwise.

Non-Clinical Service Disclaimer
CuraOne provides non-clinical home and community support only. CuraOne does not provide, and does not represent itself as providing:
- Nursing care, clinical care, wound care or post-operative care.
- Medication administration, preparation, dispensing, alteration or clinical advice about medication.
- Injections, catheter care or any invasive clinical procedure.
- Allied health treatment, physiotherapy, occupational therapy or speech pathology.
- Restrictive practices or behaviour supports requiring NDIS registration.
- High-risk manual handling unless separately arranged through appropriately qualified and insured providers.
- Emergency transport or crisis intervention.
- Licensed trade work, specialist repairs or hazardous property maintenance unless separately arranged.
Medication reminders may be considered only under an agreed written service arrangement. CuraOne workers do not administer, prepare, dispense or alter medication under any circumstances.
Services that must be delivered by a registered NDIS provider are not provided by CuraOne unless separately arranged through an appropriately registered and authorised provider.

Service Availability & Conditions
All services described on this website are subject to:
- Individual assessment and confirmation of service suitability.
- Local worker or supplier availability in your area.
- Safety requirements being met for the client, worker and household.
- Funding or provider approval where applicable (including NDIS plan management or Support at Home authorisation).
- A written quote being provided and accepted.
- A signed Service Agreement being in place before support commences.
Submitting an enquiry, completing a form or making a phone call does not constitute a service agreement, guarantee service availability or create any obligation on CuraOne to provide services.
Bookings, Cancellations & Fees
The following general conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing in your signed Service Agreement:
- Most support bookings require a minimum of two consecutive hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- CuraOne requests at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or service changes.
- Late cancellations may be charged in accordance with your signed Service Agreement, applicable funding rules and the law.
- Transport, travel time, parking, tolls and third-party expenses may apply where relevant and will be confirmed in writing before services commence.
- GST may apply depending on the service type, funding arrangement and delivery model, as required by the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
- Pricing is not published on this website. A written quote will be provided before any service agreement is signed.
Privacy & Personal Information
CuraOne Group Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
When you contact us or submit an enquiry, we may collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, and details about your support needs. This information is used to:
- Respond to your enquiry and assess service suitability.
- Arrange and deliver agreed support services.
- Communicate with you about your services, including scheduling and changes.
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with workers, contractors or suppliers only to the extent necessary to deliver your agreed services. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
