Assistance with routine household tasks under an agreed service arrangement.
Practical assistance with simple meal preparation, grocery shopping and everyday errands.
CuraOne does not provide clinical nutrition advice or specialist dietary treatment. Dietary requirements must be discussed and agreed before services begin.
Meaningful social connection and shared activities that support confidence, enjoyment and community connection.
Any transport associated with a social activity is subject to an agreed service arrangement, location, vehicle suitability, insurance, safety requirements and worker availability.
Non-clinical assistance with everyday routines, organisation and general wellbeing.
This service does not include clinical monitoring, medical assessment, financial advice, legal advice or nursing care.
Practical assistance to help maintain a tidy and well-presented home and outdoor environment.
Licensed trade work, specialist repairs, hazardous work, heavy lifting and high-risk property maintenance are not provided unless separately arranged through an appropriately qualified and insured provider.
Transport or accompaniment may be available under an agreed service arrangement, subject to location, vehicle suitability, insurance, safety requirements and worker availability.
CuraOne does not provide emergency transport or guarantee transport availability.
One-to-one assistance to help people participate in activities and remain connected with their community.
Limited personal assistance may be considered only where CuraOne has confirmed service suitability, appropriate insurance, worker competency, safety requirements and an agreed written service arrangement.
CuraOne does not provide nursing care, clinical care, wound care, medication administration, injections, restrictive practices or high-risk manual handling unless separately arranged through appropriately qualified, authorised and insured providers. Medication reminders may be available under an agreed service arrangement. CuraOne workers do not administer, prepare, dispense or alter medication.

CuraOne does not provide supports that must be delivered by a registered NDIS provider unless separately arranged through an appropriately registered and authorised provider.
