Clients or families may choose to pay directly for approved non-clinical support services entirely out of pocket. Private accounts completely bypass government waiting lists and third-party administration red tape, enabling rapid service activation within 24 to 48 hours across Western Sydney under our standard corporate pricing guidelines.
Support at Home (Self-Managed Funds)
CuraOne serves as an authorized independent provider for participants utilizing self-managed Home Care Packages and Support at Home subsidies through approved government intermediaries. By combining your self-managed custodian fund with CuraOne's direct corporate rates, you completely eliminate traditional agency markups, funneling 100% of your budget into maximum face-to-face service hours.
NDIS Self-Managed Plans
CuraOne supports NDIS participants who choose to self-manage their funding allocation. We deliver highly reliable, reasonable, and necessary community support, cleaning, and yard maintenance services that align directly with your personal goals, issuing itemized tax invoices for instant reimbursement.
NDIS Plan-Managed Budgets
We work seamlessly with all registered NDIS Plan Management agencies across Australia. Services are deployed immediately upon written confirmation from the participant or their designated Plan Manager, with invoices processed directly through your plan budget on a clean, cash-basis framework.
Service availability varies by location
Enquiries are welcome from all areas. Support arrangements are subject to worker availability in your location. Private-pay support may be arranged faster than government-funded pathways, subject to availability. NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants are welcome.
